The purpose of the fund is to sponsor young people into our program, lead them, and ask them to give back ten times. This is how it works: a young person receives a $1000 sponsorship which gives them both products, the business system, and acceleration training. He or she is coached within the UIP Business School.
Within 5 years, he or she commits to sponsoring 10 people based upon their success (i.e. each year they earn $20,000, they will give at least 10% or $2,000 for the endowment over 5 years to sponsor others).
